i was very carefull in not eating myself full but now i am was that bad

It depends how full you are. If you feel stuffed like your stomach can't hold anymore, then yes that's bad, but its okay if it is, just move on and try not to eat so much next time.

They say you should eat enough so that you can still go out for a walk after your meal. If you feel tired after your meal, you ate too much. Also, they say you should eat enough so that you have room to eat something within a few hours. If after your meal you feel full for like 6 hours, you ate too much.

The Japanese say you should eat till you're 80% full. It makes sense because it takes a while for your stomach to send signals to let your brain know that you're full and you should stop eating.

NO! It is not bad. Being on a diet does not mean being hungry all the time. If you eat the proper foods you will not be hungry. As long are you are feeding your body the proper nutrients you will be okay. Even if you are full after dinner and you ate not so healthy food it's okay. If you deprive yourself of everything you really enjoy that is when your diet will fail. Don't set yourself up in that trap. Eat sensibly, and nutritionally. Educate yourself about what is good, bad and mediocre. GOOD LUCK!

No, that isn't bad at all. Your stomach is full after eating. That's ok. Now you won't want to snack all night long.

absolutely NOT!! being full is knowing that your stomach dosnt want anmore , your stomach could have shrunk since you are dieting. And yes being on a diet is a good thing : ) ( unless you dont need to be on one ) good luck!!

Yes of course but fortunately for you there is a way out! You can cause yourself to vomit!!!! You can do so by placing your finger or if you have a larger mouth fingerS into the back on your mouth and wiggling them around. ENJOY!

if your eating junk food yes...if your eating healthy food no, also if you are eating less then your stomach is strinking so you get full faster
