Only your doctor can determine the root cause but some causes could be from overuse of pain relievers such as Aleve or Advil, aspirin, antihistamines and Vitamin E. Some disorders that affect the bloods ability to clot and high blood pressure can also predispose one to nose bleeds. Dry tissue inside the nose can be aggravated by blowing or "picking". There are a host of possibilities,so you need to consult your doctor if this continues to rule out the possibility of a serious disorder.

It should only happen about a few months apart, half an year is max. You MUST go to a doctor and analyse your blood. Start taking vitamins and minerals fast! Dont play around!
