You are probably talking about pubic lice (crabs). You might also be talking about scabies although scabies is not considered an STD. If you wanted to see some pictures of them just do an image search of pubic lice.

Pubic lice, crabs, crab louse all names for it. Easiest way to treat is to shave pubic hair and that also avoids harsh chemicals.
