Anti inflamatories, and other meds prescribed by your doc, but the best thing you can do for yourself is range of motion excersises of your joints, EVERYDAY. If you hands are starting, justkeep streching and moving your joints, your use will last longer. I have a friend who was diagnosed when he was 17 and the DR told him he would be in a wheel chair by 30, he is now in his 50s, and still doing great, walkng and livinga normal life, but he does his streches and range of motion everyday. Shark cartaliage is also very good, although it is a little pricey, health food store
