I know this question is usually the other way around but I really dont know how. I have really skinny arms and legs that look like sticks and I need to know how to gain weight on them. I think i must have a fast metablolism as I get a lot.

I've been hearing a lot about colon cleansing and the benefits of doing it, but before I sink my money into these supplements I would like to know if anyone has tried one and do they do all they say they can. My stomach is bloated and I'm wondering if its because of excess waste in my colon that I can't get rid of.

Please only people that have tried something answer.

I have one day of sneezing and runny nose, then two days later mucus thickens and settles in the sinus cavities, causing horrible sores in and around the nose that lasts for several days. This happened twice in two weeks!

I've heard that smoking causes heart disease. I understand lung cancer is caused by mutations the genetic code of structures such as the alveoli, but I'm not too clear on how smoking may contribute to heart disease. Of course, as a stimulant that taxes the heart and lungs, nicotine may not exactly be the most healthful thing affecting the cardiovascular system, but no one blames caffeine for their cardiovascular maladies. What's the deal with smokes and heart disease?

I am turning 26 in a few days. My issue is that all my life I have been tired and it sucks. I can sleep 12+ hours easily every day. On work days I sleep like 7 hours and by the time I get home I end up taking a nap because I am too tired to stay up. This has been happening forever, I always thought I would grow out of it. I just wonder why I seem to need so much sleep...it reduces my quality of life. Any suggestions?

I recently went in for the Zoom Whitening System where they put gel on my teeth and sat me under a lamp for three 15 min sessions. The gel got on my lips and gums and I am now suffering with blisters and swelling. I can not brush my teeth. My teeth do not hurt from cold, my gums are just in serious trauma. Please advise...is this normal? Will it subside? Help!

I'm extremely upset by the rush of people that feel abortion is wrong and evil... So, alright... what would you do? Would YOU, when you are older, married, and you and your spouse want a child, would you ADOPT right away, or would you prefer to have a child that is genetically yours?

Honestly think about it...
Why are there so many fertility clinics? Because couples prefer to have a biological son/daughter... if THAT doesn't work, they go to clinics and try fertitlity drugs... THEN, finally, if that doesn't work, they adopt...

IT takes WAY too long for this process to happen, and in that time, many babies that would have been aborted are put in horrible conditions, waiting for adoption....

So? Would you adopt right away? Or are you like everyone else, and would prefer your OWN biological kid?
