An appropriate diet and lots of exercise, especially cardiovascular.Bike in the summer and X-country ski in the winter if you can.If not a stationary bike would work too. Good Luck !

Hmmm........some fat is stuborn but there is alot you can do to shrink the fat in this trouble spot. Cardio cardio cardio! Burn fat! Eat small meals ...6-7 times a day to maximize the fat burning effect. If all else fails...lipo works great!
