what causes sinusitus?

I have one day of sneezing and runny nose, then two days later mucus thickens and settles in the sinus cavities, causing horrible sores in and around the nose that lasts for several days. This happened twice in two weeks!

Go on an anti-inflammatory food regimen.............lay off milk, white bread, rice, etc......no corn either and start taking Olive Leaf Extract. Clean up your environment stay away from dust and chemicals. Try this for 2-3 weeks and if you're not feeling better, see a Physician. Pets might be a factor too but I hope not for it would be sad to part company with the furry-furs! Good luck!
