I've been hearing a lot about colon cleansing and the benefits of doing it, but before I sink my money into these supplements I would like to know if anyone has tried one and do they do all they say they can. My stomach is bloated and I'm wondering if its because of excess waste in my colon that I can't get rid of.

Please only people that have tried something answer.

You DO NOT have to pay for those silly supplements, but it is good to cleanse. There is a cleanse called the Master Cleanser. Its also know as the lemonaide diet, and the master cleanse. There is a short but good book on it that only costs about 6 bucks maybe. This cleanse has been around for a long time and is trusted by nutritionalists and other natural healers. It consists of simply 3 ingredients that can be bought at your grocery store and are inexpensive. The clease takes 10 days, or more if you feel the need. I recommend picking up the actual book at a nutrion store, or asking them to order it for you. You can never be sure if the recipes for it on the internet are the true ones, and you want to get all the good info from the book. Its really short and can be read in one sitting. The clease not only cleans your colon, but also your WHOLE body. its the only one i know of that does that. plus, it also provides all the nutrition you need. check it out, you wont be disappointed, and you wont have to fork out money for supplements or whatever.
by the way, anything in pill form is not properly absorbed by the body. people are constantly going into the hospital and getting tons of sediment pumped from their stomachs. sediment caused by pills and vitamins that their bodies did not properly absorb. if its not TRULY water soluable, dont take it. only about 4 companies in the entire world sell supplements that are truly water soluable and are properly absorbed by the body. i know there is one called VIBE if you want to look it up. but anyway, look into the master cleanser before you spend a bunch of money.

You should try the Ultimate Cleanse kit - its like $17 or something and it really works well. I found cleansing to be great for weight loss (gets rid of all the excess water bloat) and after cleansing I had more energy and felt a lot better.

According to the Surgeion General there is no such thing. They do not work. If so why is the guy that sells them in such bad shape. Colon cleansing takes place, naturally with good diet and exercise.

All of these methods and salesmen have been debunked. Kevin Trudeau has been shut down several times for false claims.

I've never tried it. and there is a natural remedy you can use by fasting. You fast and only drink water prepard with a tablspn of honey, and lemon juice.
Go to google and search FASTING. You will find good homemade recipes for this.
And no I have tried this home remedy but my friend has and she fasted for a week to cleanse all.. the intoxicdants etc...
I plan to do this remedy. But I am waiting for some days I can take off work to do it.
