I have the same thing,, I have had since I was about 13 or 14 years of age and it does not happen every time I stretch. I stand up to stretch and I immediately feel like my body is weighted down and that the only thing I can do is try to quickly sit down and not fight it, sometimes it happens so fast that I black out and don t remember what happened after standing up to stretch. Sometimes I feel it coming and I sit down, I lose my vision even though my eyes are open, my body feels very heavy, I have what seems to be mini seizures and all this lasts for just seconds no more than a minute. It is scary and I have researched this a lot and came up with the same answer each time,,,, Its called Othrostatic Hypertension. I am going to see a doctor about this since I have had it so long. If you experience these symptoms like I have don t wait just go. I always thought it was because of my Hypoglycemia.

:-O that might just be the wake up call you need to grow up and stop acting so dumb and clueless. If you have to have a drink and socialize, do it in a bar or restaurant, not in a house where there are bedrooms and places to easily get raped!! Also, you're a woman, have your wits about you!! Don't get so polluted drunk that this kind of situation happens EVER again. You don't want to end up giving a statement to the police next time, or worse, in a hospital bed, or EVEN WORSE, dead.

Loss of blood flow to the brain. Immediately 'shuts down' the person which puts them horizontal; which usually makes it easier for the heart to get blood to the brain.

I would definately see a doctor, and have his heart checked.
BEFORE he does more exercise.
