I feel ill. I get shaky and want to eat a lot. If I am not quick enough, I get very nauseated and want to vomit. I usually always get a headache and want to sleep. I tend to not be able to focus my thoughts and am pretty blunt when talking. For help with this, orange juice is good to bring you up, but you need to eat some kind of food (not necessarily high in sugar) to keep you from the rebound drop in blood sugar.

I get a feeling that I refer to as "wiggy". I get hot flashes, somewhat dizzy and if I don't quickly get some carbs then I'll feel as if my teeth are numb (sounds odd, but that's how it feels) and after than my vision blurs and I lose the ability to read.

If you are diabetic you should always some sort of quick carbs with you. Any pharmacy will have glucose tablets, which is the most basic form of sugar and the quickest to absorb.

You should be aware that certain medications, particularly high blood pressure medications, can mask low blood sugar indicators and delay your recognition of them until you are dangerously low.

If you're having frequent lows you need to contact your endocrinologist for potential adjustments in your program.

I have hypoglycemia, diagnosed low blood sugar. When I don't get enough in my diet or exercise and then don't replenish the blood sugar levels quickly enough, my hands start to shake, sometimes I'll see dots in front of my eyes, and I get a headache. The shaking hands are the worst though. A glass of orange juice or a few hard candies will temporarily help until you can get more into you.

WOW! this is a kinda touhg one for me as its hard to describe the actual feeling...k here it goes, mostly my head feels real thick kinda like its filled w oatmeal, & I get REAL low key, my friends used to call it Daria mode, very soft spoken, emotionally sensitive(sometimesIll cry real easy) my lips tend to feel numb & tingly kinda my gums too, soemtimes my hands shake but not always, I feel very sleepy & would like nothing more than to just go and lie down for a bit.....a lot of times if its very low I kinda get tunnel vision & littel spots flashing in front of my eyes & Ill start to get sweaty & pale...the thick head feeling is the WORST, I know whats happening & it scares me cuz I HATE passing out, its only happened a few times in the whole 19 years but I HATE IT!! right before Ill pass out my vision wil usually start to sway back n forth & I can focus on anything & am very weak, its a very scarey feeling. Also when youve eated your glucose & your suagr levels are rising its weird cuz you can feel the glusoce gettin in to your system & you can feel your body starting to stabelize & regain itself...its so weird I dont think Ill ever get used to it

oh yeah I also tend to get very dissorientated & cant figure out simple things like where I wsa going or what I need to do, all I know is that I NEED to get sugar & other than that nothing else matters till I do

When my sugar gets too low, I get slightly disoriented, a little bit sweaty and I feel like I am looking through a tunnel.

Hypoglycemia is characterized by weakness, headache, hunger, visual disturbances, an impaired ability to coordinate movement, anxiety, personality changes, and (if untreated) delirium, coma, and death. The treatment is to increase the blood glucose. Orange juice is excellent!

main thing is feeling tired and sleepy expecially after eating sugar. You can get headaches and feel depressed.

The main one is sleepyness, as your body runs out of sugar so it cant run properally. Otherwise, the first person hit it right on the the head.
