Yes. If you squeeze them too hard for her liking and/or during the wrong time of a month when they're especially sensitive, it hurts a lot. Don't do that unless she asks you to.

This is the CORRECT answer. Hell, No, it doesn't do them any harm. That's why God, in Her infinite wisdom, gave girls their boobs so we could squeeze them, caress them and suck on them.

Not if you're reasonably gentle. Boobs are delicate tissue, and although we enjoy having them touched and fondled, they're not supposed to be kneaded like Play Doh!
