I dont understand how I can lose weight if i consume 1000 calories a day. if i do light exercises like walking ten blocks a day and walking up ten flights of stairs a day, and dont do anything else (i work at a desk in an office, and dont have time to go to a gym). how many calories can i possibly burn? if this helps, i am five feet two inches and i weigh 155 pounds. i also want to know how to shrink my 36d bra size, if possible. thank you all in advance.
