Women usually have bad cramps and bloating and physical pain when they have PMS, and they can also be irritable I know. But this is killing me. While I do have the cramps and blah blah, nothing bothers me as much as the emotional pain I have when I'm pmsing. I'm not myself at all, I can be a maniac and go into these crazy-spaz episodes where I can't control anything I say and cause a lot of stress and get myself into trouble. I don't have tourettes, no, and I'm not a drama queen, I'm a very laid back person except at my time of the month. The worst thing is, the entire depression-mode lasts about 11 days, and then it's gone. I hate not being able to enjoy anything because I just can't snap out of this awful mood, which just saddens me more. I'm practically suicidal when I'm going through this. I've had my period for 4-5 years now and this has been happening through the past year. Yes, I've tried explaining this to my parents but they think I'm just insane. (Yes, they said that.)

I am 24 and about 3 years ago I had my gallbladder removed. Since then I've either heard about or talked to other people around my age who've had the same surgery done....they've been mostly female. I was just wondering why this seems to be such a common procedure for this age group? Has it always been like that? Is age a factor, or location, or diet? Just curious.

If you were to say yes that they should provide healthcare what arguments can you make in support of it.

Okay I want to lose 10 pounds. I am 5'2 and I am 123 lbs. I want to go back down to 113 lbs like I was before the summer. I am 15, and I am a dancer.

My friend told me I should have nothing but liquids like a lot of water and gatorade, and run a lot and do crunches a lot.
Should I? What else should I do?
THANKS!

And be reasonable please.

What's the best way to relieve stress? Problems at home are causing my stress level to rocket - and right now I feel worse than ever. I need a relaxing/soothing way to get rid of this stress.

I saw on here where someone asked this same question a while back and someone answered to use 2 or 3 drops of vinegar. Will this work?

I'm a naturally tense person and I also suffer from migraines. For the past few months, neck pain has also worked its way in with and in between the migraines. I've been to a general practitioner and a neurologist and all they could give me was some muscle relaxers that don't really do anything (we've already ruled out their being regular tension headaches). I'm scheduled for a CT scan next month, but in the meantime is there any sort of routine/technique that can subside the pain (besides Vikadin and Vikaprofin) before we can get a more accurate diagnosis?

And she's not fat or obese, not a smoker or drinker, she's very attractive and looks like supermodel Kathy Ireland, she's wild and crazy in bed and just no inhibitions and will do just about everything, but the only flaw is her snoring. Play a doctor and prescribe a solution for me.

HElP ME, I don't know whats going on. Okay first Im only 16 so I don't know too much about this. Ok well I was ina relationship for 10 months and he broke up with me because I lied to him about something and now he has someone else he is talking to. So im REALLY stressed out and I think that what is going on with me could be due to this but I dont know. When I had my period it was weird it was late and when I did it was weird like I would be on one moment and then next I was off and I took a pregnancy test like the second day I was on and it was negative but now I am spotting and I have lost my appetite and when I do ahve an appetite I eat A LOT and I think I spelled that wrong if so Im sorry, but Im so confused no one I know can talk to me about it. I used to be able to talk to him about it but we hardly ever talk anymore. I think its just because Im stressed but I need another opinion or like 20. LOL
