HElP ME, I don't know whats going on. Okay first Im only 16 so I don't know too much about this. Ok well I was ina relationship for 10 months and he broke up with me because I lied to him about something and now he has someone else he is talking to. So im REALLY stressed out and I think that what is going on with me could be due to this but I dont know. When I had my period it was weird it was late and when I did it was weird like I would be on one moment and then next I was off and I took a pregnancy test like the second day I was on and it was negative but now I am spotting and I have lost my appetite and when I do ahve an appetite I eat A LOT and I think I spelled that wrong if so Im sorry, but Im so confused no one I know can talk to me about it. I used to be able to talk to him about it but we hardly ever talk anymore. I think its just because Im stressed but I need another opinion or like 20. LOL

so, i agree with it just being about u being stressed and i think it's natural. my big sis just went through the same type of thing after her break-up, and from what i've heard it's pretty normal to lose ur appetite when ur all stressed out and in that kind of position. just wait a little and observe whats up for a little longer.

Stress does play a role in your health. It definitely can delay periods. I would just try to take it easy and not worry. You're better off without him if he causes this much stress in your life anyway. Whatever's meant to be will be, so just let life happen. If your period problem really bothers you, you could ask your mom if you could see a gynocologist. Which would be a good idea anyway if you're having sex. Birth control might also be a good idea to help regulate your period and help with the stress of becoming pregnant (but it has to be taken regularly to work). Good luck! :)

At sixteen, your period is still abnormal. And stress does have a big part in it as well. You should talk to your mom, or an aunt or an older sister. It's probably just stress, it explains the appetite thing also.

I would try talking with your Mom or call Planned Parenthood & talk with a counselor. Stress can cause many symptoms including an irregular period.

First of all you need to talk to your mom and 2nd you need to get another pregnancy test in about 2 weeks to make sure.
