Yes.. you will lose weight if that is all you eat but it is not a healthy way... I am presently ln a diet and my goal (which I have kept) is 2 lbs a week
by the way.. I do not know why but that fat free or (low calorie) yogurt does wonders for losing weight.. ALSO. be sure to drink PLENTY of water

Yes, you will most likely lose weight if that is all you eat.
Keep in mid though that your metabolism will also slow down because your body will think you are starving so it will go into "starvation mode" - it will try to hold on to every calorie it can, and it will get harder and harder for you to lose, You may actually find it easier to lose in the long run if you eat more.

drink lots of water and green tea so you will feel full, if you do not eat anything else you will feel faint, you need to have at least one fruit, yogurt and maybe an All Bran cereal bar to keep you going
