This is about all i could find on it. basically most websites advise that the majority who want this type of surgery do not have male genitalia formed, however some do and it says:

Genital reassignment
Genital reconstructive procedures (GRT) use either the clitoris, which is enlarged by androgenic hormones (Metoidioplasty), or rely on free tissue grafts from the arm, the thigh or belly and an erectile prostheses (Phalloplasty). The latter usually include multiple procedures, more expense and with a less satisfactory outcome, in terms of replicating nature.

In either case, the urethra can be rerouted through the phallus to allow urination through the reconstructed penis. The labia majora (see vulva) are united to form a scrotum, where prosthetic testicles can be inserted.

So guess most would pee sitting down.

There is a man that wanted to be a Woman and had to go thru intensive psychological counseling before the operation would take place. The day he was to have the operation he still insisted it was what he wanted to do. Then the anesthesia was given and they started to stroll him down the aisle. It was at that moment,,,he changed his mind, but he coudn't move his lips of mouth, or any portion of the body, but mentally he knew he had just fricked up....and regreted it when he woke up with all his stuff gone.
