Well probably because they just understand one thing and that is SEX. They just clean themselves when they need to be cleaned if you know what i mean. :D

Sometimes toilet paper can only do so much and a shower is needed.
Howard Stern on the radio said that he would take a shower if he used more than 4 segments of toilet paper and remained dirty.

No, it's just the guys in your life. Some of us practice good hygiene. And the same could be asked of girls and women? I've seen some nasty stuff in my lifetime. ewwwwwww!
