I smoke daily and have always enjoyed it. But I feel guilty for spending so much money and living life with a buzz. It feels like I always need to be high just to get through the day and I never lived this way before I started smoking years ago. All of my friends smoke weed and it would be hard to be around them when they do it. I am also scared I will be terribly bored or won't know what to do with my time. (learned habit, i know)
How can I go about quitting smoking weed? What are some benefits to quitting? Some encouragement to quit? or some ideas to hang out with friends or stay sober?

Mostly they are on my butt ,sometimes my face & /or back. I may have 5or 6 come up over nite. Could these be related to diabetes?

I think I developed an allergy reaction to elastic! It started when I wore a tshirt/bra combo and noticed red itchy bumps around my waist, where the shirt ended, and shoulders. So I stopped wearing them for awhile, like 6mos, started again and this time, the bumps migrated to the area around my hips and upper thighs. Now, I'm left with blemishes from the bumps. I tried other brands of women's panties to no avail, but am now wearing men's boxers and briefs-which are comfy! But I was curious if anyone else has these problems!

My 13 yr old child was sick all last yr, w/headaches, dizziness, nausea and sore throat.The school year was a struggle, but she made excellent grades(missed 20 days). MRI, ultrasounds-all negative, pediatrician recommended a therapist, diagnoses- depression, but once school let out symptoms went away. Now that school starts up, symptoms are back. I looked at the dates when the symptoms started and it was around 23 Aug fro this yr and last yr. Coincidentally, her period started for the first time around 23 Aug of last yr!
She says its different from last yr, she thinks its just her allergies. I don't know-she seems fine on the weekends. Now she says her stomach burns along w/sorethroat, headaches, congestion, nausea-no vomiting,no temperature, no dizziness(so far!). Summer was fine and its starting again! We live in Columbia, SC-which isn't good for allergy sufferers. Zyrtec didn't work last yr, currently on Clarinex and Nasacort, started that 4 days ago. Please help, going nuts!

Last night my husband went to do a sleep study. It was a split study. Half the night just monitor normal sleep, second half montior him on a cpap machine. He was fine until they put him on the cpap machine - he tryed two different types of masks - one full face - one nose pillows. For the first time in his life (42 years old) he had a panic attack. It was really bad, he freaked out so bad they had to stop the study and calm him down.

My question is - If he cannot use a cpap due to these panic attacks what are his options? He had what they call episodes during normal sleep - 26 episodes per hour. Thats alot - I had 14 and now have the cpap. I am realy worried about him and want to give him som peace of mind that there is an alternative out there. Can anyone help me? Thanks for your time! I really apperciate it!

My partner's says she's losing it. Time and time again. I am convinced she may be. But cant help wondering if she has these weird moments to disable me in some way?
She's smashed things in the house.
Cries for no reason at all.
Appalling memory.
Cant be sure if she's doing it to drive me away because I am the only one who's seen her "lose it" - its a big secret to her friends , family and work. After 3 yrs together - recently found she has been having eating problems too. Again this is all secret - I did nt know and LIVE WITH HER!!
Now I know about her bulimia habits she says I should understand because it makes her feel better!!!? Did I say - I dont think all is right here. Anyone with similar experiences?

My best frend went out of town and say I can have a girl over he has a pad so I did bring my girl over we did it on hims bed but his sheets not washed and I could smell him his cologne and his scent on it so now wonder if this means I will get a disease. Also I did not wash bed after we did it so should I have because he didnt etiher before I used it
