There's no problem with taking these two supplements at the same time.Creatine is just an amino acid compound but does not contain any L carnitine.Amino acids should be supplemented at different times of the day though because they compete for absorption.I always choose to use one for at least 30 days without adding anything new so I can see what benefits if any I get from using the supplement.Creatine definitely works and I've been using it since it hit the market years ago.And just in case anyone's going to say it creatine is most definitely not a steroid.

although L-carnitine may be slightly helpful, creatine has shown little or no effect on endurance based exercises. the added water weight from creatine can actually have a negative effect. if you do take them anyways, know they are both natural occurring substances in the body. the side effects are usually very minimal in healthy adults (which at 17 your close enough)

I haven't heard of any problems. L-Carnitine is an amino acid - which comes from protein. Creatine is naturally occuring in your body already. But my advice with the Creatine, drink lots and lots of water because if you don't, you can have some major cramps.

those two together is doubtful; why not just take them together body builders often stack their supplements as far as one product with both contents never seen it those two together never hurt me any more then had they been taken solo
