i hate to excercise.if i try to diet i am unable to.

You hate to exercises and you can not diet. You don't leave many choices. I had seen a movie were a woman was in an accident and was in a coma. She lost tons of weight because she could only be fed through a tube. I would recommend rethinking the exercise, once you start getting into it you actually start to like it (it takes time, start slow) and don't diet, learn to eat right. An occasional dessert wont kill you. Problem with diets is people forbid themselves from eating certain food and then they crave them.

Many people just don't realize how sedentary they have become. They take the car down to the corner store. Or 3 houses down to pick up their kid. They use the elevator to up up 1 flight of stairs.

Then they buy the exercise bike. of course they buy the most efficient high speed titanium racer they can get so they can go faster with less effort.


AHHHHH! rethink people!
Walk 50 yards, beat your eggs by hand instead of using the mixer.

Buy the cheapest bike. Save your money on the aerodynamic bike clothing and strap 20 pounds to your back to slow yourself down.

Ok, I am getting extreme, but my point is most people automate themselves way too much and spend too much time idle. Get away from the TV. Try some volunteer work or find something that interest you that doesn't have you glazed over and bored to the point you need nachos.

Sadly there is no miracle cure. It involves effort. You don't need to go extreme, just realize what you are doing isn't working and realize nothing is going to change unless you figure it out.

Been there, not there anymore.

You must excercise every day to become thin or to stay thinn. You must watch what you eat more than how much you eat. You cannot fight your genetics.

then if you are overweight and want to be healthy you have to find some sort of physical activity that you can learn to enjoy or deal with for health reasons.

control food - eat less "Calorie" items just to fill stomach and involve in some sort of work

Then sorry .the only way to reduce your fat is to eat only healthy food and physical exercise

start taking tension of how u will become thin

then after few u will automatically get thin

yoga n pranayama will definitely help u .I lost 17KG.by doing so.
