I think I would be laughing if he did this in front of me but if I "caught" him doing it alone I would think he was getting off on it. Then, I might ask him what are you doing? But, I wouldn't want to end the friendship over it so I would likely let it drop no matter what stupid answer he gave. And then, I guess I'd make sure my socks smelled good since they have an audience.

Wonder what else of mine they r sniffing and be on alert whether they r sniffing anyone else's article's of clothing in my family, (kid's, wifie, sibling's, parent's the list goes on and on). They need help and maybe u need other friend's.

your friend was probably trying to see if they were dirty or clean, if they needed to go in the laundry or not. if he/she was doing it for kicks, though, I'd start to worry... especially if they moved on to underwear next!
