wear thick comfortable socks. And try to wear 'supports' for your feet or something like that
shoes is also a factor.

I referee soccer and on the weekends that I have tournaments (meaning I'll referee 9-11 games), many times I also get blisters. They come from many different things. I'd suggest that you: 1) foot powder in your socks 2) change socks (suggestion from my military days) frequently. 3) when you are not playing sports (in between games), take your shoes off to let your feet breathe. Then change socks (half way through the day) if you are playing sports all day long

I would recommend wearing two thin pairs of socks. This way the socks rub against each other instead of against your foot.
As to already having blisters, if you go to the pharmacy and look for some thing called second skin or new skin it will help heal your blisters plus give you extra cushioning with a gel substance to prevent further damage so you can continue to enjoy your sport of choice.
I went through this one summer at basketball camp. This was how they fixed my feet up and I've used it ever since!
Good luck!

Your shoes are slipping on your feet, causing irritation. Maybe they are ill-fitted, but more than likely, it's the sweat of the feet that happens when you are active. Socks can play a big part of it too, the roughness of the weave. Choose your sock carefully, a terry sock is the best, no ridges. Make sure your shoes are as tight as you can stand to avoid the slipping. Cushioned insoles also absord perspiration. Powder can make you slip inside your shoes. Place bandaids on the vulnerable spots before you play. Good Luck!

Before the blisters actually develop try COMPEED plasters. You can get these from Boots Chemist. They are a little on the pricey side, but brilliant. Designed especially for blisters.

Soak your feet in surgical spirit for at least 1/2 hour per night, for a week - this will toughen your feet up.
