Theris a myth if you do cycling exercise your bum will increase for women whether it is true?

you will burn the fat and the muscles will grow (but you will have lost the fat).. overall your buttocks should be thinner, unless you make it a goal to grow in musclular tissue

Absolute rubbish!!! RPM classes are fantastic. Apart from road running there is little else you could that burns calories like RPM does. No you won't get a big but from cycling, you'll burn lots of unnecessary fat and tone your glutes, hamstrings and quads. You also use quite a bit of core strength in the hills which is good for your abs.

Its nonsense honestly.

Just that a myth. Cycling will trim it down actually. Look at your genetics to see if you will have a big ***. Sorry you might have to go out and buy a saddle.

not for me - I used to do alot of cycling and the only thing I noticed was tighter, trimmed thighs and bum.
