I don't live by the bottle, but I almost forgot to embrace life being completely sober without smokes, caffiene, booze, pills etc. Once upon a time, I was a child that only relied on my own natural power and potential to get me through the day. Now at 27, I must consume 3 cups of coffee to wake up, and I must throw down close to a 6 pack to wind down at the end of the day. How do I get back to the pure form that I once was, before I started becoming relient off of so many other things than a well-balanced diet and my bodies natural potential?

I notice when I do particular stretches (for running) my right side is more tense than my left, although I feel I stretch both evenly. Does it matter that both sides feel the same tenseness?

Has anyone used Laser Treatment for canker sores? What is the price and is it done at doctor office or dentist? I'm considering it after i try a few other products to see if they work.I'm trying out CankerMelts and Canker Covers first. I'm sick of this s**t. I get canker sores every 3-4 months. soo i dont know if this a question or not..but my freiend died a lil over 4 months ago..and one point..we were more than "friends"..but we never dated..and i still think about him alot..and like i have so many regrets bc had more then a few rough times due to some drama that one of our other friends caused btw us..and i not got to really aplogize..but the last time i seen him we acted like nothing had ever gone wrong..so why cant i get over this..i still wonder if he knew how sorry i was for all the drama..wich i mean if he was cool with the last we spoke im sure he was over it..but why cant i get over it..why do i think him so often?
