You could have a bacterial infection, a kidney infection, or an ovarian cyst. Typically, bleeding itself doesn't indicate pregnancy unless it's a miscarriage

spotting between periods CAN be a sign of pregnancy. You should make an appointment with you OBGYN, and get a blood test, no urine. I was pregnant for 3 months, had periods, and spotted in between and had no idea. I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative, and finally got a positive blood test.

no ur not pregnant its when ur period doesn't come when
ur pregnant it's prb. a kidney stone of infection.
