All of that BMI crap is BS honey if you are worried about your weight dont be you will lose it again if you stay active. As long as you and your baby are both healthy and happy that is the important thing!!!

Go to:

www.dietitian.com

Then click on the left hand side where it says, "Healthy Body Calculator"

It will ask you a series of questions (age, height, waist size, etc) and then it will give you a bunch of information, including what the ideal weight for your height and age is - and if she has any weight loss goals (such as losing 1-2 lbs per week) it will also tell her how many calories (and fat, carbs, protein, etc) she can have daily and lose the weight.

Hope this helps! And remember, having a baby does CRAZY things to a woman's body - and it takes time and hard work to get back to normal.

***IF you are 5 '4, then your ideal weight (without knowing anything else) is anywhere between 108-132 lbs, depending on your frame. If you are small framed, then aim for the lower part of the weight scale, if you are large framed, aim for the higher.

Body mass index (BMI) is a statistical measure of the weight of a person scaled according to height. Without knowing how tall you are it is impossible to tell whether you are underweight, of normal weight or overweight.

It depends on how tall you are. If you aren't happy with yuor weight try walking or jogging with the stroller. It helps, that and trying to eat healthier.

Sorry, after I started having kids, my scale went out the window. My priorities changed.
