You don't believe it to be true, but it's been confirmed true by sources you trust.

Yesterday I and my 24-year-old girlfriend were in restaurant. We were talking about chewing gums. She told me that it isn't dangerous to swallow a chewing gum. When we were talking she was chewing a gum. She told me that she will swallow her gum right now and nothing will happen. She slowly took the gum back toward her throat, made a gulp and swallowed her chewing gum. Then she told me that she had already swallowed her gum and couldn't feel it anymore. She told me that swallowed gum couldn't hurt her so not to worry. Then we left the restaurant and talked about other issues. She later told me that there is nothing dangerous, she couldn't feel the gum anymore and she has no stomachache . . . She told me that it is in her stomach and then will come out and laughed. So isn't it dangerous? Is she really right?

I've heard from friends/family that drinking milk and eating cheese causes the mucus in your throat (and presumably elsewhere) to thicken.

Is there any truth in this?
Do eggs count in the dairy product rule?
What is the reason behind it?
Do dairy products affect the thickness any other body fluids?

time may get a pain in the right arm or neck, if so how do you alleviate the pain?

I use tiger balm, it does the trick and smells wonderful. Can be bought at some chemists for about £4.00. It is also good as a rub for most muscular pains.

Besides the obvious things like staying in a cool environment, etc... What are some natural ways to help excessive sweating?

A couple of factors that I am aware of: 1) My Mother has the same condition so it's probably genetic. 2) Some of the medication I take makes the problems worse, but I cannot stop or change the medication (it took me 3 years to iron out the balance of meds).

I don't believe it's "hyperhidrosis" because my sweating is generalized, but it seems to be worse on my face, hands, armpits, and chest.

I literally am soaking wet after 5 minutes of being outside on a warm day, even if I'm not doing much. I also sweat a lot when I sleep. I use a fan at night and only sleep with a sheet (I'm just not comfortable unless something is covering me.

I need to be able to control this "naturally" since I cannot change my medications, and I can not the fact that I have to be outside since I am a photographer (amature, but it's a source of income and I love it).

I'm looking in particular to get a pendanent style necklace where you can put a piece of paper in it outlining the persons medical history/conditions and treatment. Its for my Dad who has a number of life threatening conidtions that couldn't be engraved on a bracelet (just not enough room!)

It's 4:34 AM over here and I feel like I'm the only person awake on this whole street (and I live on a very long street). I'm sick, can't talk, have to study for a major test, and thinking about a dream of mine that I had a year ago. I've only had 3 nightmares and these two are almost identicle (sp?)... So, i'm in this old, ancient cathedral...It's rotting away because the walls are a dark brown and the rows are sagging. There's this ghost-- very ancient, very evil, very cold-- and it flys right by me. It's like a Deatheater out of a Harry Potter book. Then, it like overtakes me. And I wake up, still half asleep and half awake and I'm paralyzed. I can't move at all. My heart's pounding in my ear, thoughts racing through my head. After a second, the paralysis is broken and I'm praying to God that I never have another dream like that... the second time, my curiosity got the best of me and I let the ghost over take me... yeah... weird...
