Yes! Yes! Yes! At one time you had to go to the farmer for Dairy Products and Eggs. Later on Milkman came about door to door.. some also carried Eggs for convience cause of this some do consider eggs a dairy product but there is a big dispute about that with many! I don't consider eggs a dairy product cause it's from chicken. Some however do! Most dairy products come from cows! It's a matter of opinion what you think a dairy product is. You best ask the dairy!

Yes, and a very sticky mucus, in bowel and sinuses. It can cause constipation and bad breath. But this does not stop people from eating dairy, including me.

Yes. Studies have shown that people who consume milk have 7 times more mucus than those who dont. Yuck. This applies mostly to milk, not eggs or cheese. It stimulates your body to produce more mucus which can affect everything from your sinuses to your bronchial tubes. I personally avoid it due to asthma. I get calcium from sardines, salmon, soy milk has some...

eggs do not count as dairy products, unless cows are laying eggs now. Eggs are an excellent form of protein.. you can eliminate the yolks for purer protein content.. Cheese is also good.. milk is really only bad if you have a bad cold, it tends to coat the throat, making it easier for bacteria to breed..

It doesnt thicken mucus, but it does coat it. Like if you have a bad cold the milk will stick to it. My daughters Dr. told me that.

Doctors don't know everything. Dairy products were meant for calves, not humans. There is nothing you need in dairy products that you can't get from a healthier source. There are plenty of harmful things in dairy products, despite what you hear on TV. Bet you didn't know that dairy products are the leading cause of asthma and type I diabetes. Not to mention a host of other maladies like lactose intolerance, for example. Read more here:

That's a myth propogated by the PETA people. In reality, "no statistically significant overall association can be detected between milk and dairy product intake and symptoms of mucus production in healthy adults"

Milk does thicken mucous. I have no idea why it happens and eggs don't count with this.
