hmm, wanna try this diet? my friend told me this is dominicana diet. Means that u only eat once in the afternoon, eat everything that u like, instead of eating any kinds of food, try to eat the food which are really good in quality of nutrition..
Never try this diet, but make sense to me..

the most important thing is BE DISCIPLINE..!!

Do the Atkins diet. It works and you will lose the weight.
