only thing I can suggest is do Meditation it helps you a lot do it with deep breathing!
With the amount of work you do I am surprised that you are still functional .....
get yourself some good cookbooks that give you recipies that can be done under 20 mins but yet so healthy! I suggest you try out Rachel Rays recipes they are great tasting and quick to fix with minimal amount of fuss!
Also please refrain from working on Saturdays and sundays and other holidays ( working all the time will serve you no purpose but infact will lead you to severe burnout at a young age ) Even The President gets to go home and have vacations .... so ask yourself this what could you be doing that is so important that you can not afford a vacation once a while?
Try working till 10-11 hours rather than the current 18 it will refresh you and also give you the energy to keep going for a long time.Get to a massage parlor and get a massage every once a week it will help you immensly. Also meet people other than the ones in your office; in short Socialise . You are nothing but a workaholic and since you have nothing to come home to you have got yourself into the habit of working late, which now has become a bane!
Pls take this as a serious advice working on computer the way you do will lead to unnecessary complications like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ( believe it ; not even the greatest paying job is worth it if you loose your health )
These are just a few suggestions....hope they help

I am attaching a few links ... one is on workaholism and the other one is on how to fix 30 min meals!

If you are paid well there is no reason but your own for not eating well. Just diet alone can change a lot !!! The gym is really a waste of time unless you only want to socialize. Very few people actually continue an exercise program past 6 months tops.

Learn how to do Isometric exercises. these can be done any where and almost any time. Even at your desk.

But the best thing I can tell you is to get out and walk !!! Go for a quick pace walk for at least a half hour each morning and you Will see your health improve.

When you get the circulation going it helps to clean out the bad stuff in your body and replace it with the good stuff...

This is very typical bachelor life with a big company huh. Get paid well is a must but personal life and health should not be compromised. Put in mind that work will never finish unless you shut down your computer and head back to home. Put all the work behind you.
Try eating breakfast during work hour? Should be allowed for a break. Hang out with frens after work/weekends like for a meal, shopping, movie, work out, sports or even better go gym with your firends. With company, you will feel more enthusiastic to do things. Also, fall in love!

sorry, I wish I could, I don't suppose naps on the job are practical? that's way to many hours a day, how about just going to your employers and letting them know that this is killing you is an option? you need to at least find a way to eat better and that doesn't take to much to do, all the suggestions in the world won't motivate you to eat properly. you need to work on that on your own and you know you can do it, especially if you are getting paid good money, the rest might wind up having to be a little bit of a sacrifice somewhere, which you might have to weigh out, the job you have and the job you are doing or your health, sadly you are going to have to make a decision

If you're going to have to work till 2-3 in the morning, I sure as heck would go in later than 11 am!!! I don't care how much you're getting paid it's not worth it if you have no time to enjoy the money you're making. I think I'd speak with my supervisor about shorter hours or telecommuting or I'd think about finding a new job.

Dont eat like a pig at McDonalds and exercise. Also get a girlfriend, she will nag you to lose weight. The sex burns calories too. Smoke a bowl and drink a 12 pack every night, works for me.

I spent many years working shift work. It's hard on you--as you well know. I tried to get around some of it by regulating everything I could...ie I always ate at the same time everyday...whatever..I tried to keep as many things as I could on track.

look dude...this is not something to joke about..

first of all wat is the use of earning when u r unable to njoy ur money???

get engaged with someone perhaps n enjoy life..

it is much better to earn less and still njoy life than to earn heavily and have no one to share it with...so take my advice ...leave this job and join somewhere else where u would find time for urself ur gymming and time with ur frndz....life is just for once ...so....live it up ,,,dont waste it....join some multinational thatallows u to njoy life on ur terms ,not theirs...
bye
