Exfoliate, EVERY day with a good sugar/salt scrub and a loofah mitt, try Boots or The Sanctuary and moisturise as much as you can, even basic moisturiser is better than nothing at all. x
And a good wax will keep everything fuzz free for maximum silkyness!! x

Hi the best thing to do is exfoiliate up to two times a week, with a body scrub. I use Buffy, from Lush, its brilliant and you dont have to use moisturiser afterwards and you have a lovely silky shiny body after use. During not exfoliating i find if i use baby oil on wet skin and then wipe it of with the towel my skin glows but it doesnt feel at all greasy and you dont have to pay a fortune for it either.

This depends if it is for your body or your face ! it is for your body then it is quite simlpe . Everday when you shower use a loofah or quidgy ball to wash off the dead skin cells. After you have showered rub cocoa butter body moisturise into your damp skin this will lock in moisture and keep your skin smooth and soft . Superdrug have a good one that cost about £2 .
If it is for your face you need to exfoiliate 3 times a week and use a face mask once a week you must moisturise every mornig and every night with a good moisturiser that is suitable for your face .I use Astral it is very good for me and cost about £2

You need to exfoliate once a week to get rid of the toplayer of dead skin cells. Drink plenty of water to cleanse the pores, but most importantly - Moisturise DAILY. For an intensive dose of moisturisation, after a bath / shower, when your pores are still open, and your skin is still wet, smother yourself in baby oil ( the gel oil is less messy) and perch somewhere (ie - edge of bath) to allow the oil to soak in without getting everywhere. This is guaranteed to leave you with soft, smooth and glowing skin.

Steps:
1. Remember the basics: Drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep your skin well hydrated; eat a high-quality diet rich in fruits and vegetables; and limit sun exposure.
2. Wash your face no more than twice a day with a gentle cleanser formulated for dry skin. Washing more often can dry your skin.
3. Take short baths or showers and use warm rather than hot water. Try to limit showers and baths to one per day. Use soap only where you need it, such as on your underarms and groin.
4. Add a few teaspoons of olive oil or lavender-scented oil to your bath.
5. Pat your skin dry after washing. Avoid rubbing yourself dry with a towel, which can whisk away essential oils needed for moisture.
6. Apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp. Heed the advice of many experts in choosing a moisturizer'less is more when it comes to the ingredient list.
7. Understand that moisturizers contain barriers, which keep water on the skin, and water binders, which whisk moisture from the inner layer of skin to the top layer. Look for ingredients such as glycerin, alpha hydroxy acids, urea and lactic acids (binders), combined with petrolatum, lanolin or silicone derivatives (barriers). You have a choice of hundreds of products. A dermatologist or other skin care expert may be able to advise you on your specific needs, but trial and error will probably be your best bet in finding the product that's right for you.
8. Aim for a comfortable level of humidity in your home or office. Too much heat or too much air-conditioning can rob your skin of moisture.
good luck

Well, what one does to get really silky soft skin, is to rub oneself down with wet sandpaper, one finds it invigourating to ones skin, I'll have one know. Then one would pop oneself into a warm acid bath, with added cocconut oils and the zest of a lemon, which one finds totally refreshing. After 15 minutes of total relaxation, one would hose oneself down with lukewarm water and pamper oneself with talcum powder, then one would take ones teeth out of the glass, pop in ones glass eye and take oneself into ones lounge and pour oneself a Dry Martini, shakin' not stirred and after one has consumed 5 or 6, one would be shakin'..........STEVENS!
