time may get a pain in the right arm or neck, if so how do you alleviate the pain?

I use tiger balm, it does the trick and smells wonderful. Can be bought at some chemists for about £4.00. It is also good as a rub for most muscular pains.

I personally have never had any reaction from tiger balm, however if you do use it try a little spot of it on your inner arm by your elbow then you will know if it is for you. It should not be rubbed into the skin just dabbed on lightly. That's the whole purpose it is balm that has to melt and penetrate the skin slowly to get the best effect. May stain your cloths so put on an old jumper.

I try and move the position of my chair or the computer screen so that my body is not always having to strain in the same direction.
A hot bath often makes my muscles relax.
Unfortunately I get big red burning patches from Tiger Balm, but do like the relief it gives.
Yoga also works at stretching out the pains caused by seizing up at your desk !!

yep... me too.

only I also listen to musicon headphones and sit upright as much as I can in order to support head and shoulders and alleviate pressure on the neck and spine.

Also, try not to have your screen at an angle... as it doesn't help to twist your neck too much.

Thank you. The best remedy is to take regular breaks, for your eyes' sake as well as your joints.
