i was in a motorcycle accident a year and a half ago today. i have what you call spondylolthesis/and or a fractured/slipage of the spine over L-5 and tailbone. my hands and feet seem to be getting more and more numb. what kind of surgery do i need and how long is the recovery and success rate of it. thank-you..

You seem to be concentrating on your low back problem. Numbness of the hands would suggest you also have an injury in your neck and involves the nerves of the brachial plexus.. Best have it checked out.
