Hi, i didnt know women get circumsized, only men get circumsized, when they get there forekin taken off, girls dont have a foreskin, so i dont know what they call it for us if we have to have it done, but i dont think girls have it done, you friend may of meant another thing, like streralised etc. But i wouldnt listen to her, shes having you on.

there are very few medical reasons for female circumcision. And if there is no medical reason for it then it is likely to be illegal in most western countries. The the african and muslim communities it is considered a right of passage which makes sex better for the males. The western world looks upon it as a violation of a girls rights and abuse. if you feel that this is likely to happen to you seek help from someone you can trust

Why would you have to be circumcised. Circumcision is performed as a religious requirement on members of the Muslim and Jewish faiths, but usually is performed on infants seldom on converts.
Circumcision may be recommended to treat medical conditions in males, such as impossibility of the retraction of the foreskin, chronic inflammation of the penis, and penile cancer. However, there are often less invasive treatments that can be tried first.
Girls in the USA never get it.

Circumcision usually happens at birth. Usually, if you're having some kind of issue with your foreskin, then you'll prolly have to get it removed. But otherwise, there's no reason that you have to, unless your new religion requires such.
Don't worry about it. It can be painful, but it won't impair your ability to enjoy sex.

The only reason you might have to be circumcised is because of chronic infections of the penis. If this is the case then you need to have it done before more drastic measures need to be taken because of an advanced infection.

Well, if you're Jewish, then yes, very probably.
Only other reasons are hygiene, or if the foreskin is too tight around the tip of the penis. If it hurts, then yes, you'll probably have to get it snipped.

whaaa? I think that they might still do female circumcision in parts of africa. I'm pretty sure it's gruesome. i think it envolves snipping the clitoris because they thought that it would keep growing longer.
