Are there any little exercises that I can do quietly at my desk while i'm working that will help me tone up?

lift your knees while keeping your toes on the floor. Do it continuously you will feel it in your calves.

Flex your stomac muscles and hold it for 30 seconds or until it burns. Do it 3 or 4 times with a 30 second rest in between sets.
