Hi, I am trying to take off 40 lbs put on from a pregnancy 2 years ago. I am using a treadmill 5x a week for a 1 1/2 mile run/walk interval program, + some resistance training. My limitations are a very bad back, have already had 2 disc surgeries, and not wanting a 3rd. We live in the country so no real gym or swimming available. Any suggestions welcome, so far I have lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks, would like to increase that and get this over with! :) I am watching my diet and hitting around 2000 calories a day with lots of water and no dairy or fats. Thanks!

PS- My general practioner said it's menopause, live with it, screw that, I want my health back!

Sorry for the nature of this question - but can someone please give me so advise? I'm really having trouble with the women on top position. Everytime my partner and I have tried - he slips out. What is the best way to do it? With him sitting up - and me just sitting on him?

First of all, I am in incredibly bad shape. I am a female 22 years old, 5ft 4in, and approx. 225lbs. The only sort of exercise I get is waliking from my car to a store, or from one class to another. I know I need to lose weight and get in better shape, and I thought walks around my neighborhood would be a good way to start. However, I get this awful cramp in my right leg about half way through my walk. I really want to lose weight and I thought walking would be a good way to start, but with this darn cramp I don't really get much exercise in. I don't know if it's the shoes I'm wearing or if it's due to me not warming up before walking. It seems like I wouldn't need to warm up before walking (I'd understand needing to warm up if I was running, though).

Any tips on helping this leg cramp, or other exercises for a couch patato to start with will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

(Please no rude comments about my weight. I know I am fat and I don't need you to remind me.)

My boyfriend is having a problem with his feet. The skin between his toes is cracking and extremely dry and smelly. It gets so itchy he can't stand it sometimes and he has tried a lot of different remedies. I heard that using lotion doesn't work because if it is a virus it needs to be dried out as it needs moisture. Can you tell me some home remedies?
