my best friend doesn't have a comp. anymore so she asked me to look this up, and I'm having problems...see, right now she works nights and has to sleep during the day and doesn't want to take any drugs to induce sleep. Aside from like counting sheep what else is there you can think of or do to try and help yourself fall asleep? She said she heard of certain solid colors you can think of and visualize...anyone know what color(s) they are?
