My daughter had a similar problem. She did this walked for about 2 hours before school day (in your case today Monday). Eat your dinner early, hit the bed early, after drinking a glass of warm milk, count sheep or chicken until you fall asleep.
All the best for your school.

You have totally screwed up your internal clock, and have something equivalent to jet lag. What you need to do is retrain yourself to sleep at night and wake up in the morning. However, you should have started several weeks ago, and not waited until two days before school starts. It may take a while now to recondition yourself, but you can start tonight by going to bed at 10:00 p.m. Take something to help you nod off, like melatonin or Lunesta. You should fall asleep within 15 minutes or so and wake up at your normal time during the school year. Do this for a couple nights until you get back on schedule. Are you still living at home? What do your parents think about your nocturnal wakefulness? This lack of sleep can have serious health repercussions, so I would suggest you not keep company with the night owls next summer when school's out, or when you get a job.

Umm couple of things that you can do. The best thing i did was stay up all night and day, you will be hella tired but you will be able to pass out a lil early like 7-8pm and wake up at 6am have a great night sleep and be able to go to school. Second step if that doesnt work but i highly suggest only do this if you have no other meens is sleeping pills, just 1 basic tylonol pm does wonders.

This is the "cure for jet lag" that I use... it might help you here... Stay up past 6a all the way until a "normal" school night bed-time, sometime between 930p and 11p. You will be absolutely exhausted and go right off to sleep. It would probably be best if you didn't use coffee or anything like that to stay up until then. I hope it works for you! Enjoy your first day back at school!

Pull an all nighter 2 nights before? You'll be in bed early that night, then hopefully your schedule will flip a little easier. Either way adjusting your body's biorhythm so abruptly isn't the greatest thing. Maybe next year plan ahead and start a couple days earlier.

drink a glass of warm milk, try reading in bed. If that doesn't work turn off your lights get comfortable and take a deep breath in, let it out slowly, repeat this about 5 times or so while repeating to yourself " I am sooo tired" Make sure you set your alarm to wake you up early the next day so you can get back into your routine

looks like you're gonna have to stay up all night through the first day of school. You'll sleep when you get home. Also, you can go to Walmart and by Equate brand of allergy medication. It will make you to sleep about an hour after taking it.

What use to work for me & my sister was we would stay up for 24 hrs, not drink caffine, it will keep you up on a "sugar rush" and then come that 25th hr you will be OUT for about 10 hours, then you should beable to start going to sleep around a certain time and waking up at a certain time, as long as you set your alarm clock.

stay up all day monday like if you go to sleep at 6am monday morning then you have to stay awake till like 9 or 10pm monday night so that you force the cycle to change. or you can try a mild sleeping pill, like tylenol simply sleep to knock you out earlier.
