There is no definitive good or bad weight for any person of any height.

The BMI index is a good solution for a target figure, a between this and this.

I would suggest it would be bad to bee too skinny, or too fat (obese), but slightly plump as appose to slightly anorexic would be good, basically be happy with who you are, and what you weight, unless you have a weight problem, then you should simply be happy!!!!

Being a nice person on the inside is far more important that on the outside, that's why women who are attractive and bitchy get divorced at a higher rate then women who are less attractive, and nicer, concentrate on who you are, and how you behave, and how you look won't be a problem!!!!!

All the best.

i've read that a person who is 5" should weight 100 lbs. and add 5-10 more for each inch of height. So a person that is 5"3 could easily weigh between 115-130. everyone is built differently.

You can go online and look up your BMI or Body Mass Index and it will calculate your hieght and weight and tell you a range that is healthy for you. Now if you mean "good weight" as in celebrity, hollywood standards....ummm I'd say 94lbs.
