You shouldn't be kicking butt with ephedra, that's what the FDA used as an excuse to ban it to begin with. It is the most useful herb in asthma and they took it away from me so the drug companies could eliminate competition with their steroids and amphetamines.

That stuff is no joke besides the scare on sudden heart attacks it destroys your liver which is non-replaceable and it also leads to stomach ulcers which are not fun.
Get off your butt and work out like the rest of us!
