It may have an influence on their subconcious, but wether they have sex with you or not is still a concious decision.
If you're a fat ugly slob it's not going to bag you chicks, but if your an average joe, it may slightly tip the odds in your favor enough for you to notice some results, but don't expect anything miraculous.

I work retail and we have this customer who's about 22 or 23. The first few times I waited on him I got really tweaked out. He smelled really strong of cologne and I have a very sensitive sense of smell. I would feel uncomfortable and nervous around him. I finally figured out he was wearing pheromone cologne. Once I knew what the smell was I was able to not react to him as strongly.
I fully believe in pheromones. I think that there is an interaction of them - not every woman will react the same way to a certain mans smell.

sexual pheromones are being studied today and nothing conclusive has been found. alot of studies have shown that women and men do get drawn to the member of the opposite sex by smelling their pheromones.
BUT pheromones are part of the package of attraction. its a subconscious thing, because its a smell that has no smell essentially. we can smell it in a small part of our nose called the vomeronasal organ. and it triggers a part of our brain that has to do with sexual activity.
it won't make a girl have sex with you just by smelling you. everyone has their "own" natural smell that attracts a certain type of person. a synthetic type of pheromones is out on the market but its not an accurate pheromone. pheromones are specific to a person. it is a part of attraction, it isn't irresistible.

Everyone has NATURAL pheromones…. There have been studies, and they do in fact draw people to you… the thing is, your pheromones will draw certain women to you… NOT ALL WOMEN!!! In one study I saw, women were typically drawn to the pheromones of men who were best suited to them for the continuation of the species… so say you are a brain, but not real strong physically, a sturdier woman might be drawn to you… say you are very masculine but not an Einstein than perhaps you will have a smarter more delicate woman drawn to you… it’s all about musks, just like the other animals…. And has everything to do with the continuation of creation!

I don't know whether they really work or not with humans, but it has been proven that in the insect world they attract mates. If you decide to try it, and the only females you attract are mosquitos, flies, and bumble bees, I'd try something different.

It does not work. Trsut me. I tied it the one for girls so gay guys would be attracted to me but someone said i smlled like salad.
