Running
Underwater treadmill and resistance jets give runners an intense cardiovascular workout which pushes heart rate into and above target zones and lactic acid threshold. The HydroWorx underwater treadmill can go from 0 to 5.5 mph in .2 mph increments. This lets you adjust the treadmill to your own speed and difficulty level with a touch of a button.
Swimming
The swim spa systems can provide an accomplished swimmer with a terrific workout. With over 200 different speeds, our resistance swim jets are easy to adjust and provide a consistent flow of current that allows you to train at your own pace. Best of all, you can swim consistently without wall turns.
Massage
After a hard workout, ease sore aching muscles with our five-foot attachable massage hose. A deep penetrating massage will decrease lactic acid build-up. The massage also aids in muscle relaxation, scar tissue manipulation and myofascial release and can decrease your recovery period significantly.
Exercise & Conditioning
Excellent for weight loss and improved stamina. Aquatic exercise in a HydroWorx Pool is a perfect supplement to a land based workout.

I suggest going to the y.w.c.a., or ym depending on your gender. I also know that Cardinal hill does water exercises because I have been involved with them before! Good luck!
