Probably pretty rare. I wouldn't if you had a cut on your tongue or if she was bleeding.
I wouldn't perform oral sex on a know prostitute or some chick you knew was known to having multiple sex partners. Sometimes you just don't know, however.
Don't hide in a cave though. I don't know of ever reading any cases where people caught Aids that way.

the chances arent as likely as sex,but if you got an open mouth wound and she has invissible traces left of menstral blood you may get it.but dont just worry about AIDS.what about Herpes ,syphlis,Gonorhea?I seen a woman quaranteened in the 80's with Herpes covering an entire half of her face.she couldnt leave the Hospital.you dont want to experience that.be safe use Dental Dams if you do oral.Dept. of health gives them out for free.

the chances are pretty good that one can contract it as it is evident in all bodily fluids, especially blood and fluid from the genital area. only place where the chances are slim is in the saliva as one needs about half a cup full of spit to get HIV. one first gets the virus - hiv and then in about 10-15 years with treatment you can get very sick for about 2 years with a CD4+ count of less than 50 and then one refers to it as AIDS.

If she has it, youre chances are good...simply because any sort of transmittance of bodily fluids between people can spread disease.
