Physical health problems have a smaller budget-most problems are solved by the individual. Not so with mental health as counselling and rehab may be needed. I am afraid it comes down to money in the end.

I don't know. I'm from Canada and the gov't doesn't cover therapy at all. It's not even just the gov't it's also teachers and just anyone in general. If you have a physical problem you have an excuse. If it's mental no one gives a damn it seems

Give examples! As far as I know current legislation is in place to affect all those who have a physical or mental impairment. Do you mean financial aid, assistance in the home or what?

Broken leg syndrome. You can see a broken leg, you cannot see mental health problems.
