IF you are talking about your calves, then you might just find yourself an answer.

Nothing you can do to make them smaller. They don't store a lot of fat, so it's like trying to loose weight on your feet. You kinda can't do it.

What you can do is to make them stronger, and build muscle (make them more shapely).

Other than that, learn to love the ones you have. They are yours for life.

a strecth i no is go in a push type postiton, put ur but up and try to make ur heel touch the ground, i use this in football

Go running.... stretches are for loosening muscles.
