I get both but my breasts start getting sore like a week before my period and stay sore for like a week after, and the cramps omg they are so bad aometimes I can't even get up and walk or even move.

obviously everyone is different but i just have really really bad cramps... i cant stand them, i have to stay home from school at times because my period is soooo heavy and the cramps are so bad, but my breasts never hurt.. i have enough to deal with i really hope that doesnt start to happen as well

just the really bad cramps and it seems like its gotten worse in the past year or so.....thats why i keep the ibuprofen handy
