The only way to lose belly fat is by overall weight loss....If you've tried diet and exercise and that doesn't work, and you can afford it, liposuction is a great option.

I'm guessing you don't exercise much, or you haven't in a while. That means that your body has very little muscle, which means that any excess weight you have is fat, giving you that extra tummy bulge.
Muscle burns calories 24 hours a day, so exercise will really help tighten and tone your whole body. Start slow, work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle.
Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad. Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice every extra pound when you put on those jeans. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier.

The only way to lose the belly fat w/o resorting to surgery of any kind is to eat right and excersize...now I know you're thinking that that's what everyone says, but it's true. If you eat a lot just try using a smaller plate so it looks like a bigger portion. And try going to a gym with all your friends and jam to some tunes...that'll make it a whole lot funner for you to work out. Also you could try getting into more sports if you're not already...anything that would help you to be more physically active. And I guaranty that if you just do all that then you'll have a flat tummy before you know it. Just be careful that when dieting you don't go to the extreme and get caught up in any eating disorders. And know that a little belly fat is not all that bad. Love yourself no matter what you look like.

No quick solution. You probably don't want to hear this but you have to exercise. Get sweaty. Don't try to kill yourself, every little bit helps. Start with stretching. Take it easy, work your way into a routine. Once you get used to stretching start exercising.
Bending, touching toes, even rolling back and forth on the floor burns fat if you do it enough. Once you get your blood flowing through your body good your ability to do exercises will increase making it easier for you. Reduce fat intake. Eat sensibly. Fried pork rinds are not going to help you. Eat what you like but do it in moderation. The more you sacrifice the thinner your stomach will get. Do exercises aimed at strengthening your stomach. These will hurt a bit but you'll get used to them. Crunches and sit-ups are still the workhorse exercises for this. Good luck and don't quit on yourself.

Cut the fat in your diet to 20% or less, do crunches, and walk 5 or more miles per day.
Soon you will have the waistline of a 20 year old supermodel!!!

Belly fat = insulin resistance, a precursor to diabetes. Stay away from sugars and other carbs, since you probably have difficulty processing them correctly.
Look up insulin resistance on the web for more info.

Walking, or doing situps. Situps, you are strechting you belly and tighs. Good Luck. For me is walking. You don't have to walk fast. Just do it for about an hour or so. I lost my right leg in Vietnam, and I do it al least 3 or 4 times a week.

If you aren't overweight overall, and you just wanna get toned, try stomach crunches. Otherwise you will just have to diet and exercise.
Only thing with stomach crunches is you have to do a lot of them, and do them every day. If you can't be bothered with that, and you're rich, try a tummy tuck.
