The healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off is to strive for losing between 1 and 2 pounds a week. Try to eat foods that are high in fiber but lower in calories and fat.

I'm on an 1800 calorie per day meal plan... I eat three meals a day... I watch my sugar intake, and my sodium, and carbs.. in two months, I lost 26 pounds..
If you throw in some moderate exercise, ie, walking, or something of that nature, you could probably lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks..
But, missing meals is never good, cause it causes your body to feel hungry, and that will then cause you to eat, which destroys any diet plan..

THIS MAY SEEM COUNTER INTUITIVE BUT EAT MORE MEALS A DAY. MAYBE 5 SMALL MEALS THAT ARE WELL BALANCED IN TERMS OF FOOD GROUPS AS WELL AS IN PROTEIN, CARBS AND FAT CONTENT. DOING SO WILL SPPED UP YOU METABOLISM. TO FIRE IT UP EVEN MORE DO SOME CARDIO OR WEIGHT TRAINING, OR ANYTHING TO GET YOUR HEART RATE UP FOR ATLEAST 20MINS A DAY, 3 DAYS A WEEK.

DEPENDING ON YOU WEIGHT YOU SHOULD LIMIT YOUR CALORIES TO NO LOWER THAN 1200 CALORIES IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND NO LOWER THAN 1500 IF YOU ARE A MALE.
DOING SO YOU WILL LIKELY LOSE ABOUT 2 POUNDS PER WEEK (AGAIN DEPENDING ON YOUR INITIAL BODY WEIGHT)

Eat low calorie food like vegetables and fruits. Do a lot of aerobic exercises like running, swimming and cycling. And if you feel a little weakness don't care about it, as it is a part of the process of burning fats. First you lose the sugar in your blood, then carbohydrates and finally fats. Don't restrict yourself to doing abdominal exercises only, because hitting a particular area of the body does not guarantee that you will only lose fat there. The layer of fat lies between your muscles and skin, when you start losing fat, the process will include your entire body.

maybe nothing, maybe up to 10 pounds, it depends on how much exercise you do with the diet plan, and what your present weight is. Hell, if you don't need to lose weight, you may even gain weight
