i am trying to lose weight by going to the gym and going on the runing machines but if i do weights will that not help me lose weight and get fit and slim

Ok, its been hecka months since my last period, like try the middle of March. I was prematural at birth by five days and thats what the doctors think causes a late period. But its normal for me to rarely get them and to have easy and quick ones when I do get them..Any thoughts?

i'm taking paxil 20mg for few days now , i exprienced some side effects including nausia ,sexual side effects ,a strange feeling on my stomach ,insomnia ,dry mouth, and ofcourse weakness of body ,... but today i 'm expriencing a little bit more than usual sweating and a feeling like a hot flashes...it's the same as you take hormones ,... will these side effects disappear or fade by time ? and how soon these kind of medication take effect ? and i would like to know if anybody exprienced the better antideppresnt with the same effect and fewer side effects ?

I have scolosis so it has stunted my growth some not sure if that would affect the proper weight or not....

I am about 2 weeks late for my period I have taken 3 negative test but the lower part of my back hurts, my breast were tender for about a week or few days anyways I have heart burn alot and some painful headaches but 3 test say negative what do you think?

I am seriously considering becoming a dental hygienist or dental assistant and thus want experience working in the field.

The problem is that the nearest dental clinic is an hour away from where I live and therefore a huge hassle. Is it wrong 2 volunteer @ a local dentist's private practice 2 get a feel 4 what the work environment is like?

I do have worms. Thats the first thing that came to my mind. Whenever I eat too much sweets, I go through this feeling. I even feel the crawling in my butt. I took worm meducine this morning. This is the longest I have ever had this feeling. Its been since Tuesday, the day after I had sex.

I had an ovarian cyst removed a month ago. Before then my periods were like clock work. Now I don't even know when I ovulated or if I even have. If I would have ovulated like normal I would be 2 days late today. But now I don't know when to expect my period.

I have been suffering from shortness of breath for 3 years, which got slowly worse. It was always explained with a worsening of the asthma, and with being about 40-50kg overweight.X-rays showed nothing unusual. 10 days ago,I went to the hospital,in thailand, where I currently live,because shortness of breath worsened.My x-rays showed water on the lungs, an enlarged heart. after 2 days in hospital , my condition improved a lot and I was sent home, with lots of medicine and an appointment for 12 days later. the doctor was very pleased with my speedy recovery,said I had a good costituition.he said, that he can make me better within 6 month.
My main problem is communication.Doctor speaks some english. I like the hospital. very caring,private hospital, 1st world standards or nearly.Doctor very dedicated and caring. I would like to live as long as possible, with an improvement in quality of life.I am motivated. Any info, opinions, suggestions welcome.I am financially independent. thanks

I usually have precramps two days b/f my expected period. This time I had none. I finally today, the fifth missed day, had cramps for maybe 20 mins. I was suppose to start on the 16th. I have had some symptoms but how do I know they're not period ones. Nauseas, breast heavy not hurting, some cramping, no spotting, teeth are really hurting(don't really no if thats a sign).Are there any other symptoms that I could be looking for? I plan to go to the doctor within a week if it doesn't come but I'm really anxious.

My mom bought me two Denise Austin workout tapes because im trying to tone up before college. I am not overweight by any means i am just trying to slim down a little bit and tone up. Im 5'6 and i weigh around 132 pounds. the two tapes i have are "Six Minute Waist Trimmer: Weeks 1-6" and "Anti-Aging Cardio Dance Workout" has anybody used these?? what kind of results did you have and how often did u use them? what exactly were you using them for?

- I do about 100-200 jumping jacks a day if i have time ( i rarely have anytime 2 walk)
- I don't eat after 6:00- 6:30
- I only drink water (sometimes juice) I use to drink 3 cans of diet coke a day :(
- And, I watch my calories... only low fat/ healthy food...
- I'm going to try to do this for 2 months? How much do you think I'll lose? I know it depends on my metabolism... but take a guess.. how much do you think you'll lose ??

In some commericals and other sources that drinking a lot of ice tea is bad for your enamel? is this true or somekind of myth? Cause i drink a lot of it and theres pretty much nothing wrong with my teeth from what i heard my dentist say.

Her extreme emotional dysregulation and fears of abandonment have caused lots of problems in our relationship and for me, but I don't know if it will be helpful or destructive to tell her about this--I don't think she would take it well or accept it, but shouldn't someone be given this information? I'm 95%+ sure she either has BPD, or at least exhibits strong BPD tendences.

I woke two days ago with a hard red bump on the upper portion on my inner left thigh. At first I thought it was a spider bite but it didn't itch. So I thought it may be a boil. (The last time I had a boil I was about 12 - and I'm 44 now).

So I thought I'd 'sit and wait' to see what it did. Well it's still very painful. It has never been itchy. BUT it is raised, hard, red on the outside and a dark purple in the middle. No puss has begun to form. I have soaked in a hot bath and have bought everything to 'bring out' the boil...if it is a boil.

I am most concerned with the dark center. In everything I have seen and read about boils I have not seen anything that mentions a dark center. The information on spider bites isn't very helpful either.

I don't have insurance so running to a doctor will only be as a last resort. It is starting to worry me.

Any help will be appreciated.

sometimes my boyfriends penis has a terrible odour, I don't know how to tell him! it smells fishy and quite strong sometimes. He is a very clean person he showers a lot but is not circumsized. I sometimes have to make a excuses not to go down on him. I don't wanna hurt his feelings but it's not nice!! I don't understand how he can't smell it. Are there any products I can buy for him to combat this? maybe I can disguise it in his regular shower bottle, I know it sounds childish but he is so lovely I don't want to hurt his feelings.
