You know when your hungry and your stomach makes that sound like a grumble? why does it do that? what is causing it to do that?

The stomach and intestines are hollow structures with air and digestive juices in them esp when empty and food as it passes through. The digestive tract moves down, contracting by propulsion or peristalsis. When there is air and water in a hollow structure and it is moving, it produces sounds.
